WHEN PRIMARK MET PROENZA

I'm guilty of not updating Stylist On The Run for lets say, too long. I started the blog in London when life as a Stylist for the weekly Now magazine was a little less demanding than life as a Style Director for Emirates Woman in Dubai.

But here I am, back to share with you my love for the hight street as much the high end. Basically, 50% of my wardrobe is a good mixture of the two and if worn right I don't think you can tell the difference.

Last week was my, won't-take-them-off-ever Proenza Woven mules with a sturdy block heel. Love. Worn with office-friendly skinny jeans and a gold woven cardigan.

Hungry Stylist: Gin & Tonic cake

I like to bake and every time I do so I like to try something new. This weekend I decided to re-invent the lime drizzle sponge cake with a little tipple of her majesty's favourite – gin!

Stylist on the Run is back!

After five months in the sunny urban sandpit, known as Dubai. I've decided to pick up where I left off with my Stylist on the Run blog.

The move to a country where I pretty much drive everywhere, has definitely challenged my former exercise regime and diet. So, as I try to discover new healthy eating outlets, foods and exercise classes, I thought why not share it with everyone else who might be in the same conundrum!

As most of my time and stylish efforts are wholly dedicated to the fabulous Emirates Woman magazine and Emirateswoman.com, where I play the part of Style Editor - lets say I'm back with a little less 'Stylist' and a little more 'Run'.

Here's to my new fit and healthy blog posts, I hope you enjoy reading them as much as I enjoy creating them!

Stylist on the run has relocated to Dubai

Guys I’m in the desert.

As most of you already know, I’ve uprooted my London life and shipped it over to the urban sandpit formally known as Dubai.

My new post as Style Editor for the fabulous Emirates Woman magazine is going swimmingly.

Please keep up with my goings on and see how the stylish live over in the UAE with the EW website.

Here’s a quick peek into how I’ve been spending that last few weeks.

Hasta la vista.

Wearing: Fringe booties

Yeehah I'm seriously loving my new Schuh cowgirl-style booties.

In my opinion studs, fringing and toe-caps are everything a girl needs in an ankle boot.

Naughty blogger forgot to take a pic of my outfit, but here is (ish) what I wore them with yesterday.

1. Jacket £175 Oasis
2. T-shirt £120 Victoria Beckham
3. Skirt £22 River Island
4. Tights £12 Henry Holland for Pretty Poll
5. Boots £85 Schuh

Half Marathon Time

Yes that's me and the rest of the Now runners on top of The Blue Fin Building posing in our running gear.

And no, we don't fancy ourselves as the next best sports-wear models.

The team of ten are running the Royal Parks Foundation Half Marathon next Sunday for an amazing charity, National Rheumatoid Arthritis Society.

After taking part in Royal Parks last year, I have steadily kept up running for at least one hour per week - so I'm hoping (everything crossed) that I will jog over the finishing line in 2 hours 30 mins.

Wish me luck and please spur us on with a donation here.
