The dreaded orange peel |
Running. Simple.
I have cellulite like every girl on the planet (bar Miranda Kerr). But I find when I run at least two times a week, for at least 30 minutes a pop my cellulite does a disappearing act.
Ok it doesn't go completely but for example when I was training for The Royal Parks half marathon last year I was left with taut, smooth backs of legs.
And when I stopped running for a wee while the devilish dimples returned. I think that's all the proof you need.
Obvs I'm partial to a little cellulite cream promising to bust the bumps. It can't do any harm, but my advice, spend that £30 on running trainers instead.
