This is how to do colour!

After a healthy week in prep for my fashion trip to Portugal, my body has gone into shock after a massive hit of sugar in the form of bright sponge, mascarpone icing and giant smarties

I only dabble in cakes and naughtiness when it looks as good, and tastes as scrumptious as this multi-coloured dream.

We treated our fabulous Art Director at Now magazine to this rainbow extravaganza of a cake for her birthday.
